Canadian Pediatric Cardiology Association

About Us

The Canadian Pediatric Cardiology Association (CPCA) was formed in 1971 with the goal to advance the practice of Pediatric Cardiology in Canada. The CPCA serves as a vehicle to promote collaboration and communication between physicians and trainees across the country within this diverse and rapidly expanding field.

The CPCA network helps facilitate development of clinical care guidelines, pan-Canadian research initiatives, and educational programs for trainees and cardiologists.

As an Affiliate Society of the Canadian Cardiovascular Society (CCS), the CPCA is an active participant in the annual Canadian Cardiovascular Congress (CCC).

By becoming a CPCA member, you can play an active role in the strengthening of our vibrant Canadian Pediatric Cardiology community!

CPCA Mission Statement

The CPCA is the national voice for pediatric cardiac clinicians and scientists, promoting healthcare excellence through research, knowledge translation, professional development, and leadership in health policy and advocacy.
