CCS CPD Needs Assessment Survey

The CCS CPD Committee, chaired by Dr. Anil Gupta, invites you to participate in our survey entitled “CCS Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Needs Assessment”. This survey aims to gather your perspectives and understand your educational needs – based on your specialty, location, and type of practice.

This survey will take less than 15 minutes to complete, and participation is voluntary. All responses will be anonymous. The information you share will remain confidential and will be used solely for the purposes of enhancing CCS CPD offerings.
