Governance

The CACC is led by its Steering Committee and passionate administrative leaders in the role of Project Leads. 

The CCS serves as secretariat to the Steering Committee and liaises with the CACC’s working groups and members-at-large. 

Steering Committee:

Executive Chair: Thierry Mesana, Ottawa Heart Institute

Vice-Chair: Erika MacPhee (Ottawa Heart Institute)

Steering Committee Member-at-Large: Mishaela Houle (Alberta Health Services)

CACC Secretariat:

CCS Advisors: Carolyn Pullen, Linda Palmer

The CACC meets virtually on a quarterly basis. Once a year, an in-person meeting is hosted in conjunction with the annual Canadian Cardiovascular Congress.

*A member organization in one that participates actively in the activities of the CACC and pays an annual membership fee. Our vision if to have 100% membership of all cardiovascular centres in Canada by March 31, 2025.
