Following a successful first year, we are pleased to announce that the CCS is all set to launch ‘Pulmonary Hypertension Education Series 2.0’. The program series is a multi-pronged evidence and needs-based program, with a focus on Pulmonary Hypertension. This webinar is the second session of the series.
