The CCS is actively recruiting cardiac care centres, cardiology clinics and cardiologists from across the country to contribute to this multi-centre study. Study participants will be assessed at three months and 12 months after diagnosis and then annually for up to three years by a participating specialist. They will also be invited to complete quality of life, mental health, physical activity, and health outcomes questionnaires. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
