The success of the CCS mission depends on people who provide a diversity of backgrounds, experiences, ideas and perspectives as members and leaders. Through the work of the EDI Committee, the CCS in establishing the strategic priorities and action plans to uphold and advance our EDI values. This work is inspired by learning from a recent member survey on EDI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This three-minute video, featuring Dr. Sonia Anand, Chair, EDI Committee, was created to support understanding of what it means to be an inclusive organization, share what CCS will do to be a more inclusive organization and support members in what they can do to contribute to CCS becoming a more inclusive organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
