The submission system <strong>opens on September 16, 2022,<\/strong> and will <strong>close on September 30, 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You must be a CCS member to submit a topic. Work on the document cannot already be started. <strong>Feel free to start planning your submission. Submissions are to include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-fill\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.abstractscorecard.com\/cfp\/submit\/login.asp?EventKey=ZVHIUKTQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Click Here to access the submission system<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Your contact information<\/li><li>Type of document: Guideline or CPU<\/li><li>Title and focus of the Guideline \/ CPU<\/li><li>Rationale for developing a document on this topic now<\/li><li>Suggestions for Co-chairs or contributing authors<\/li><li>If applicable, identification of CCS Affiliate(s) collaborating on \/ endorsing the topic submission<\/li><li>Summary of a Knowledge Translation plan for the Guideline \/ CPU<\/li><li>Any other information you feel is relevant<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Guidelines Committee will review all submissions.
