Welcome to the Pulmonary Hypertension Education Series
The CCS-CSE Knowledge to Action Program: Pulmonary Hypertension Medical and Imaging program is a six-part educational series that includes three MOC Section 1 accredited webinars, and three MOC Section 3 accredited programs.
The program is a multi-pronged evidence and needs-based Knowledge to Action (KTA) strategy that merges, scales, and improves upon the CCS’s 2020-2021 Pulmonary Hypertension KT program and the CSE’s Step Right Up program with a focus on the medical and imaging aspects.
