Welcome to the CCS Pulmonary Hypertension Education Series 2.0. Launched in 2024, this is the second iteration of the annual PH education series. This educational series is designed to support learning and to refine the knowledge and skills of specialists and primary care providers on topics related to Pulmonary Hypertension.
