Are you a cardiovascular trainee with a perspective to share? The CJC invites you to contribute an article to its Trainee Matters section, which deals with issues relevant to cardiovascular trainees—including training experiences, career development, and job market discussions. See a list of suggested topics and previously accepted articles here.
Trainees may choose to write about one of the proposed topics from the list or submit an original proposal.
Proposals must be sent via email to the editorial office (cjc.editorialoffice@icm-mhi.org) and should include:
- Tentative title (which can be modified later)
- Trainee author(s) – must be a CCS Trainee Member (apply for free here)
- Tentative submission date
- Brief paragraph or bullet points outlining the main content to be covered in the article (max 150 words)
Deadline for proposals: June 15, 2026

A maximum of 1 display item (figure, table, or box) can be included. No abstract is to be included. Include a short title of 50 characters or less on the title page.
