The 2025 CCS/CHFS HFnrEF Guideline provides clear, evidence-based recommendations for the treatment of symptomatic heart failure with non-reduced ejection fraction (HFnrEF). HFnrEF is defined as signs and symptoms of heart failure with LVEF > 40%. As an increasingly common condition with impacts on patients, caregivers, and the health system, the guideline is supported by tools and resources to help health care providers apply the latest evidence in practice.
