PAH Education Series – Closing the Gap: Early PAH Detection and Referral

Session Learning Objectives:
1. Recognize key diagnostic tools and echocardiogram features when screening for PAH
2. Assess comorbidities that may influence PAH screening and diagnosis
3. Identify patients who require referral to specialized PH centres
4. Improve care coordination across multidisciplinary teams within the Canadian context to optimize outcomes for patients with PAH
