This session explores the essentials of longitudinal management, therapeutic decision-making, multidisciplinary integration, and patient-centered care in Fabry’s disease. Participants will gain practical insights into therapy monitoring, genetic counseling and screening, and the evolving landscape of treatment options. By emphasizing collaboration among clinicians, patients, and families throughout the care journey, this webinar highlights strategies that support informed decision-making and help achieve the best possible outcomes.

Learning Objectives

  1. Summarize the framework for long-term, multidisciplinary management of Fabry’s disease.
  2. Review current and emerging therapeutic strategies, including enzyme replacement, oral chaperone therapies, and novel agents.
  3. Describe the role of echocardiography, MRI, and biomarkers in follow-up and treatment monitoring.
  4. Recognize the importance of genetic counseling, cascade family screening, and psychosocial support.
