Membership
The Canadian Cardiovascular Pharmacists Network (CCPN) is an Affiliate Society of the Canadian Cardiovascular Society (CCS). CCPN membership is managed through the CCS.
Affiliate membership in CCPN is available to pharmacists, pharmacy students and pharmacy residents from any practice setting interested in promoting excellence in cardiovascular care through education, clinical practice and research. Membership in the CCS is NOT required to join as a Team Associate. Pharmacists interested in supporting the mission of CCPN can join a Team Associate Member.

Annual Membership Fees
Membership fees are subject to applicable taxes based on residence. Fees are subject to annual review.
Our membership year is January to December, but applications are accepted year-round, so it is never too late to join.
