Amyloid Education Series 1.0

Welcome to the CCS Amyloid Education Series, launched in 2024. With an aim to address the challenges posed by amyloid, this program will provide practical knowledge and tools that will empower healthcare professionals to effectively diagnose and manage patients with amyloid-related conditions.  

This multi-pronged and multi-modal program includes two MOC Section 1 accredited webinars, and two MOC Section 3 accredited programs. 

Part 1: Detecting Cardiac Amyloidosis: A Diagnostic Odyssey

Part 2: Cardiac Amyloidosis: Navigating the Diagnosis in Diverse Canadian Populations  
Date: September 11, 2024 from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m ET  
Faculty: Dr. Kareem Morant, Dr. Nowell Fine and Dr. Michelle Mezei  

This program has received an educational grant from AstraZeneca and Pfizer. This program was developed by the Canadian Cardiovascular Society and was planned to achieve scientific integrity, objectivity, and balance.
